Save Maumee’s seventh project will plant approximately 550 trees along 1,055 linear feet (by 25 feet wide) of the Upper Trier (Paul Trier Ditch), on the north/west side of the ditch.
Most of the tree planting occurred April 22 & 23, 2019 and through May.
Starting on April 1, Save Maumee Riparian Buffer Initiative began to remove the invasive species that do not belong there, to prepare the site for tree planting.
